MVC with entrapment in the 21000 block of Cubbage Pond Road

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 14:35 hours, the Ellendale Fire Company was alerted for an MVC with entrapment in the 21000 block of Cubbage Pond Road in Lincoln, Delaware.
Crews arrived to find a single vehicle off the road into a tree with the driver trapped. Crews quickly extricated the patient and worked with Sussex County EMS to stabilize the patient. The patient was then flown to the hospital by Delaware State Police Aviation Section.
