ALS MVC

November 15, 2024

On Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:18 pm the Ellendale Fire Company and paramedics from Sussex County Department of Public Safety were alerted for an MVC at Deer Forest Road and Hunting Club Road in Redden.
Crews arrived to find a single vehicle that went off road, striking a ditch, and going airborne before striking a tree.
One patient with a head injury was attended to by EMS. The patient was stabilized and transferred to a helicopter from Delaware State Police Aviation Section for transport to Christiana Hospital.
