On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, President Kyle Perry, Asst. Chief Aaron Moore, and Asst. Engineer Jerry Carroll Sr. travelled to Scranton, PA to finalize the purchase on our newest piece of apparatus and drive it home to Delaware.
Tower 75-7 is a Sutphen 100-ft tower ladder that will be housed at Station 1 on Main Street in Ellendale. As Ellendale's first aerial apparatus, crews will be training on the truck and equipment over the coming weeks and months to gain the required proficiency with this new branch of service.
