Around 21:13 Rescue Captain Shorts came up on a vehicle accident on Dupont Blvd just north of E. Hudson Pond Rd. The Delaware State Police were already in the area looking for a reported stray cow. Before the trooper could located the cow, a northbound Scion stopped the animal in its tracks. The cow was pri 4 with no injuries to the vehicle's occupants.
