On Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at about 15:15 hrs, Ellendale Fire Co. and Medic 101 were alerted for a Structure fire in the area of Cemetery Road. 75 Command (Donny Jones) arrived on scene and assumed command with Multiple vacant mobile homes on fire. Memorial Fire Co., Milton Fire Co., Carlisle Fire Co., DNREC, and the State forestry were also alerted to assist with the vacant mobile homes fire.
