The Ellendale Volunteer Fire Dept assisted Indian River Volunteer Fire Company with their monthly drill and inservice training. The training was conducted under the direction of event training coordinator Charles Marshall (IRVFC) who developed the curriculum objectives. The ventilation evolution was instructed by Kyle Perry-Assistant Chief of Ellendale, Daryl Trotman-Fire Captain of Ellendale and D'wan Shorts-Fire Fighter of Ellendale. The ventilation evolution included familiarization with roof ventilation and methods of roof ventilation. Actual prop was developed and engaged by the Ellendale Volunteer Fire Dept for this training exercise.
