It is with our deepest and most sincere regrets to announce the passing of Life Member Earl Clark. In the past Earl held the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Board of Directors. Earl was also retired from the Delaware State Police. Services will be held Wednesday, Decemeber 1, 2010 at Short's Funeral Home in Milford, DE at 2pm.
