Working House Fire - Lincoln, De

The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office says a Thursday night fire caused an estimated quarter of a million dollars in damage to a Lincoln home.
The 7:02 p.m. blaze occurred in the Village of Jefferson Crossing on the 23000 block of Deep Creek Drive.
The Ellendale Fire Department, assisted by the Milford, Milton and Slaughter Beach fire departments, responded to the scene. Upon arrival they encountered heavy fire from the
second floor.
The home was occupied at the time of the fire. All occupants were able to escape without
injury. The home was equipped with working smoke detectors.
