The Ellendale Vol. Fire Department is an all risks department providing fire, rescue, hazmat, and EMS services. We have many small communities within our fire district including the towns of Ellendale and Lincoln. We also serve the areas of Cedar Creek, Philadelphia, New Market, Oakley, Greentop, and Redden. We send mutual aid to the following neighboring fire companies: Greenwood Vol. Fire Dept., Milton Vol. Fire Dept., Georgetown Vol. Fire Dept., and Memorial Volunteer Fire Dept. of Slaughter Beach in Sussex County, and Carlisle Vol. Fire Dept. of Milford in Kent County and any departments requesting assitance.
Our drill nights our the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Our company meeting is the 2nd Tuesday of the month. This years officers are listed below:
